Our private beach is a low timber sun-platform built directly onto the calm, sheltered waters of the Bay of Tivat — the kind of bay that stays glass-flat into the late afternoon. From the lobby, it is a thirty-second walk; from the room, you can already see it.

Sunbeds are arranged in pairs, set apart from one another. Towels, parasols and fresh-water rinse are part of the welcome. Beachside service runs through the day, from morning coffee through aperitivo at sunset.

Every pair of sunbeds has its own side table and parasol; no rows of identical loungers, no music carried across the platform. It is a beach designed in the same spirit as the rooms — composed, quiet, and meant to be lived in slowly.

In The Water

Calm, swimmable, sheltered

The Bay of Tivat is one of the calmest stretches of the Adriatic — a deeply sheltered inner bay, protected from open-sea swells. Direct steps lead from the platform into the water; the sea is clear, gently shaded by the platform overhang, and warm from late spring to early autumn.

Beachside Service

Luma, at the water

Through the day, a small menu from Luma is served on the platform — bright, light, easy to share. A tomato salad, a plate of carpaccio, cold pasta with garden herbs, a glass of vermentino on ice. At sundown, the bar moves down to the beach for aperitivo.

Nothing here is on a schedule — but if you let the day find its own shape, this is roughly how it unfolds on the platform.

Morning

A first swim before the light hardens, espresso and a fresh pastry brought to the lounger.

Midday

Shade, parasol, a light lunch from Luma — tomato, olive oil, line-caught fish, a glass on ice.

Afternoon

A long read, a longer swim, or a paddleboard out toward the centre of the bay.

Sundown

Aperitivo on the platform — chilled wine, salt-bay air, the bay turning gold for the photographer in everyone.
