From the private beach to the spa, from Luma at dusk to the family olive grove — every part of the day at Ollie's is shaped around presence, taste and the rhythm of the Adriatic.
Ollie's is built directly on the bay, but the experience isn't only about the sea. It's about the small rituals that surround it — the welcome tasting of our family olive oil, a morning swim from the beach platform, a long lunch under the pines, an hour in the spa before the light changes for dinner.
Steps from the lobby, the hotel's private beach platform opens directly onto the calm waters of the Bay of Tivat. Sunbeds in pairs, soft towels, parasols, and unhurried service — coffee in the morning, a chilled glass of vermentino in the afternoon.
An intimate spa with sauna, steam, indoor pool and treatment rooms. A bespoke menu of facials, massages and rituals built around our family olive oil. Beside it, a fully equipped fitness studio looking onto the gardens.
The kitchen at Luma celebrates the bay — line-caught fish, market-fresh vegetables, herbs from our garden and our own cold-pressed olive oil. The menu changes with the seasons; the philosophy stays the same: generous flavour, restraint on the plate.
Above Tivat, the family olive groves have been tended for generations. Every autumn we harvest by hand and cold-press a small quantity of olive oil for the hotel — for the breakfast table, the Luma kitchen, the spa rituals and a tasting in your room on arrival.
Tree to bottle in less than a day. You can taste the hillside in the oil.
Read Our StoryNothing here is on a schedule — but if you let the days find their own shape, this is roughly how they unfold.
A swim from the beach platform, espresso on the terrace, and a long breakfast laid with our family olive oil and warm bread.
An unhurried lunch on the beach with light Mediterranean plates from Luma — tomato, olive oil, line-caught fish.
An hour in the spa, a session in the studio, or a quiet read under the pines — the heat softens, the bay turns gold.
Aperitivo at sundown, candle-lit dinner at Luma, and the soft hour after — the bay still, the conversation slower.
For days when you'd like to wander a little, the concierge can arrange any of these — from a single morning out to a slow week of small excursions across the bay.
The kind of place where the days lose their shape — in the best way. We left feeling unwound for the first time in months, already trying to remember how soon we could come back.
The simplest way to experience Ollie's is to arrive, set your bag down and look out at the bay. We'll take care of the rest.
